Men are Less Sympathetic Than Women

Nearly 4 in 10 men say businesses should be as faster (or faster) than they were before the pandemic. Just 1 in 4 women feel the same.

While there is very little difference among gender in terms of overall expectations for response time, men are much more eager to “get on with it” in terms of post-pandemic operations and speed.
